Set up a dedicated office space

If you don’t already have a home office, choose a spot in your house where you can escape distractions, like a guest bedroom with a desk or a dining room table. Setting up shop in your bed or on your couch could tempt you to relax when you should be working or vice versa.
Stick to a routine
Treat your schedule as if you were still getting up to go to work.
